The below tours have been offered to provide a range of unforgettable experiences in Sydney to help you make the most of your stay in Australia. These tours are optional and are at an additional cost to attendees. Please note that optional tours do not include transfers unless specified. A voucher and additional information will be provided to you upon arrival into Australia.

1. A Night at the Sydney Opera House – Opera Australia performance
Time: 7.30pm – 10.40pm (including two intervals
)

B Reserve Tickets: AUD$160
Details will be updated once the 2010 Sydney Opera House Performance Schedule is confirmed.
Guests to make their own way to Sydney Opera House.
2. Dinner at Uccello, The Ivy, Sydney CBD
Time: 7.30pm – 9.30pm
Price: AUD$125 per person
Renowned head-chef Massimo Bianchi brings alive the classic southern Italian flavours of Roman cooking. Uccello is Italian-style fine dining with an emphasis on sexy. Seductively overlooking Ivy's centrepiece pool, the restaurant is best described as forward-thinking decor with a touch of whimsy. Nostalgic gestures like stacked wood, exposed rustic bricks and bowls of fresh yellow lemons add warmth.
Dinner includes 3 course dinner menu served with sides dishes followed by freshly brewed tea & Coffee. Beverages on consumption. Guests to make their own way to the Restaurant.

- Please note that no space on Optional Tours will be reserved without payment.
- Any cancellations of Optional Tours must be in writing to Tour Hosts. No refunds will be given for cancellations of Optional Tours after 01 February 2010. Prior to this date, full refunds will be given.
- The services specified in these Optional Tours descriptions are available at the time of writing. However, in the event that any service(s) become unavailable for any reason, Tour Hosts will make every effort to supply alternative services of an equal standard and value or offer a full refund, but cannot accept any responsibility for failure to provide the specified services
