Optional Tours

The below tours have been offered to provide a range of unforgettable experiences in Sydney to help you make the most of your stay in Australia. These tours are optional and are at an additional cost to attendees. Please note that optional tours do not include transfers unless specified. A voucher and additional information will be provided to you upon arrival into Australia.

Sydney

Day 1- Sunday 7 March 2010

Please note that on this day you will arrive into Sydney in the morning and the hotel rooms are not available until approx 3.00pm so some tours are being offered to introduce Sydney during this time:

1. Sydney Opera House Guided Tour

Time: Tours run every 30 minutes between 9.00am – 5.00pm
Price: AUD$35 per person

Designed by controversial architect Joern Utzon, the Opera House is an icon of Australia – not just for its unique design and spectacular setting, but for the world class programme of opera, ballet, contemporary dance, theatre and classical music. Tour the auditoriums and halls and go backstage to explore the rehearsal rooms, scenery dock and lighting booths. Discover the myths and magic of the Opera House and the artists who have performed there. Guests to make their own way to Sydney Opera House.

Please email the Meeting Managers at worldzaf2010@arinex.com.au and advise your preferred time. This tour runs every 30 minutes between 9.00am – 5.00pm and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Please note that full payment is required to make and confirm your booking.

2. Multiple Pass: Sydney Wildlife World, Sydney Aquarium & Sky Tower

Time: At leisur Experiencee – Available throughout the
Cost: AUD$70.00 per adult

Sydney Aquarium - Walk underwater and discover the world’s largest collection of all-Australian aquatic life, with over 12,000 marine animals. Sydney Wildlife World Sydney Tower - It takes you to the highest point above Sydney for spectacular 360˚ views of our beautiful harbour city. Guests to make their own way to the attractions.

 

3. Dinner at Waterfront Restaurant, the Rocks

Time: 7.30pm – 9.30pm
Price: AUD$110 per person

With breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and the Sydney Opera House, The Waterfront Restaurant offers relaxed dining in a converted stone warehouse.  Located only a few minutes from the Opera House, Circular Quay and the Rocks, this venue offers a great setting, combining great food with sensational views.

Dinner includes shared cold seafood platters, fillet of Barramundi accompanied by salads, seasonal vegetables and 2 hour beverage package followed by tea, coffee and dessert. Guests to make their own way to the Restaurant.
