The Sydney Table Optional Activities
Day 1 - Sunday 7 March 2010
1. Lunch at Doyles Watsons Bay
Time:: various departures from 11.00am
Price: AUD $70 approx
The Sydney Table will lead the way by ferry to Doyle’s Hotel at Watsons Bay, famous for its seafood and views of Sydney Harbour. The alfresco dining is inexpensive with million dollar views and is one of Sydney’s treasured secrets. The ferry trip will take us past many of Sydney’s icons and through the fleets of racing yachts and skiffs.

Day 3 - Tuesday 9 March 2010
1. Shopping
Time:: 2.30pm – 5.30pm
Departing after the lunch time sight seeing cruise from Sydney’s Circular Quay, the Cautivas shopping tour will find its way through several of Sydneys finest and Duty Free shopping precints. With the low tax rate of 10% there are bargains to be found by our local Cautivas.

2.Pub Crawl
Time:: 2.30pm – 6.00pm
The Sydney Brothers will lead a walking tour of the old Sydney Rocks area. On the pub tour you will learn more about Sydney’s origins. As you stroll through the historic cobblestone lanes to some of Sydney’s favorite watering holes you can buy some of Australia’s best beers.
“The Rocks” is where members of the First Fleet” first stepped ashore on 26 January 1788 and the British settlement of modern Australia was first established. The relaxing walk makes is way through some of the most historic pubs in Sydney.

Day 4 - Wednesday 10 March 2010
1. Dinner at Chinatown
Time:: 6:15 p-9.00pm
Price: AUD $45 approx
Take the Mono-rail to Chinatown for a street side meal. Capturing the colour and excitement of Asian street life, Chinatown offers an exciting mix of restaurants, food halls, noodle bars and quirky gift shops. Bargain shops and Asian supermarkets also bring many visitors to the area. Chinatown has become a late night entertainment precinct with bars, theatres and cinemas pulsating into the night. The lively Spanish Quarter is close by.
